A1.170424 Update from third party vendor

I just got an email from PC Aviator about an update to my Milviz F4-S/J (which I purchased from them). The new zip file contained the usual items (manuals, F-4S/J paintkit, P3D readme file for the F-4S/J), but the executable was for the F-4E Tacpack expansion, not the updated installer for the F-4S/J. When I checked my download links for the F-4E and F-4ETP they were all at version A1.170424, so I downloaded those too.

Looks like the wrong files were zipped for the F-4S/J. Can you please send PC Aviator the correct download package for F-4S/J vA1.170424?

I purchased the Phantom F4E two days ago at simMarket and I'm not so experienced in all that Milviz/Phantom/Tacpac stuff.
So I do not own TacPac, but as the thread opener says, I also got a message with an Update but the file is named:

MilViz F-4E Phantom II TACPACK vA1.170424_ETP.exe
I installed it ...


Today I purchased the Advanced Upgrade for the F4E and installed it also. I wonder if there are no questions about... is there an extra forum?
Have I broke something by installing the (wrong) TacPac Update and then the ADV Upgrade?

Did you also get a file with the same name but without the 'TP' at the end?

Had a look into the shop again and do only have one file now:

MilViz_F-4E_Phantom_II_vA1.170424_E.zip

So issue seems corrected and I will reinstall to be save

Thanks, Oisin. I received the email about the update at 1740z yesterday, April 29. I didn''t download the file till around 2000z the same day. I just tried downloading the file again and it is still incorrect.

There is something wrong with their system as I only got an email telling me about the previous F-4S/J update (A1.161120) on April 23!
