F-4J/S question

I assume a tacpack manual is in the works, in the mean time, Is Tacpac for the J/S still a work in progress?
I have been trying to muddle my way through it with nothing more than my E tacpac experience.
I have gotten the Sparrow to work and can get the gun to work,(but not the gun site for the gun)
I have yet to get Sidewinders or bombs to leave the rails.
I don't want to continue to plug away if they are not functional yet.
