F-4E CTD P3D 4.5 HF3 [answered - installation order]

Hi

I have recently tried to re-install the F-4E following an update to P3D v4.5 HF3.

It appears to load ok but as soon as I am in the cockpit in the sim the screen freezes then I get a CTD.

Any suggestions please

Please try running the installer again and pick to uninstall it, then please verify it's folder is gone from P3D dir/simobjects/aircraft.
May also want to check that it's module was removed from MVAMS: yourusername\AppData\Local\MVAMS\Modules

then try a clean install with latest installer.

Have tried the uninstall and re-install as suggested .

When the aircraft is loaded in the sim I get a green tape across the top of the screen saying ' changed teams'..

when I try to start the engines from cold & dark the engine starts to spool up then dies and then I get a CTD.

any help appreciated

Did you install in the following sequence?
Base package->TACPACK (if you have it)->ADV

I didn't realise I needed to install the ADV file as well so have now done that and in the sequence you suggested and all seems ok thanks.

One question - the engine starter switch works but it doesn't have the same degree of movement (left & right) as I remember previously?

Also can you please remind me what I need t do in the aft cockpit to get the airspeed counter to work in the front cockpit.
