Okay, I have the latest version of P3D which is V4.5.14.34698 which is suppose to include HF3. I made sure all of any other F-4 install was deleted including MVAMS. I installed the F-4J/S first, then the ADV/TP module. Then it brought up the new MVAMS. All installed without a hitch. I open up P3D to another aircraft and it works fine. I try to bring up the F-4S and get an immediate CTD. What did I miss?

Actually I went back in and tried it again and it worked. Not sure what changed, just glad it works.

Let me revise my previous statement. If I go into P3D using an OEM aircraft like the P-38L that comes with P3D, and then change vehicles to the F-4J/S, then it works. If I try to load the F-4J/S from the kiosk, it CTD still. But, it's not just the F-4J/S. It seems to do that with ANY add-on, even non-Milviz add-ons. I load to an OEM aircraft, then I can change the scenario to any aircraft and any location with no issue. But if I try to load using an add-on aircraft first, it CTD. Dunno about that one. Appears to be a P3D issue.

Did you do a full 4.5 install or update pieces from previous versions? If you can look in Event Viewer it may give a hint.
