NWS? [RESOLVED] (Nose Gear Steering)

Post by deimos256 » Fri Jun 26, 2015 7:24 pm

I searched both forums and couldn't find this topic so maybe I'm missing something. How does one get nosewheel steering to work? I know in real life it's a button on the stick but in the sim is there a key I need to configure? I know with the F-86 it just works. Thanks for any help.

Map it with ACM's Misc controls drop-down page.

I had the same problem with the NWS. I did the same procedure in the ACM Misc controls drop-down page.
I got tired of looking for it in the VC?

The button is invisible in real world as well, unless you do some goose necking. Its best to be mapped into your hardware.

It looks ok for me, so, the "U" key dosen't work for You? Notice only than "U" is working key in FSX also.

I have the same problem ... so are you saying if I activate NWS, my rudder will again work?

Yes,thanks. If the NWS is engaged, the rudder works fine. Very strange.

EDIT: I just noticed that the title says "RESOLVED" ... HUH, WHAT?
