Was speaking with someone on the Milviz Discord and was asked to see if I could get the Wheels Up Pink / Breast Cancer Awareness to work. I found that if you rename the texture files you can get this livery to work.
If you rename "KA_350_1_ext.dds" to "KA350i_ext_01_albedo.dds" then "KA_350_2_ext.dds" to "KA350i_ext_02_albedo.dds" etc, numbers 1-13 the livery will then work inside Prepar3D (v5 in my case).
Below is how my texture.N848UP_jkx looks like!
