Wonderful Flight
Just wanted to add a post of my latest flight from Daniel Oduber Quiros (MRLB) to Oscar Machand Zulogaga (SVCS) approx 1100NM.
Climbed to FL310 temp dropped to -33*C and enter the clouds, ICE lots of ICE windscreen edges all frozen, Ice on leading edge. All new sights to me, on with the wing deicer off goes the ice. Fantastic really keeps you awake.
Not sure what happened on the climb but lost both engines, suspect I nudged the condition leavers both where still sitting in low idle but managed an in flight restart and they never missed a beat after that.
This is the latest chapter in my Round the World trip never flown in South America before so lots of new places to visit and a wonderful aircraft to do it in. I've had problems getting it working well but it is working now.
