Installation problems, bugs & CTD's

I tested and investigated the weather radar problem. I noticed a pattern. I get CtD if I zoom in 100 miles. In the Windows error log, all references go to "ntdll.dll". I've seen this error before in other planes. I suppose this is not a KA350i problem, but a Prepar3D problem?

Re-installed the plane with full cleaning. Now there's a CtD with the weather radar off. On takeoff, I used it, went cloudy and turned it off. Five minutes later, CtD. It's the same reason. NTDLL.dll.

I understand that the whole team is now busy with the transition to Prepar3D v5, but it would be calmer to understand that you are not being ignored. Write a line in response to my question! Is there a solution? Did anyone have the same as me? I have heard about the high professionalism of the team, but now you have left me alone with my problem.
Once again in two words. As soon as I turn on the weather radar, the simulator takes off. No mistakes anywhere. Not in the Event Viewer or the P3D logs. Just a BRoD, then a Desktop. I don't use REX WX Radar. I don't have anything in the modules folder. I installed the plane with the complete removal of the last installation. NTDLL.dll doesn't bother anymore. CtD is still there.

In the meantime can you confirm the version you are using and your system specs including other P3D addons ?

Hi, just purchased the aircraft. Every system is well detailed, it has a lot of features and is pretty close to the real aircraft but I'm having a lot of issues with CTD and it's a bit frustrating. I tried to perform 5 short flights from C&D and all of them were CTD...
This is the event viewer log:(I'm not sure if it's related directly to the KA but is the only aircraft causing this)

EDIT: After making some tests, I followed a troubleshooting guide for the NTDLL.DLL issue... Tried to delete shaders and reinstall everything but nothing changed and still having the CTDs. I saw some info relating ASP3D beta to the CTD so I went back to the previous stable version of AS16 for P3D v4.5 HF3 and still having CTDs so I decided to stop using the WX radar and no CTD so I guess the WX radar is causing the problems. I don't know if I'm the only one having this or is a known problem, in anycase if you need any help or there´s already a fix just let me know.

I also had massive problems with ntdll.dll related CTDs, but with one small config change I got rid of it.

Within P3D, go to Options -> Controls, then go to the "Other" tab (bottom left), and change input method from "Raw Input" to "DirectInput".

If this doesn't help, you could also try within MVAMS (on the Options-Tab) to disable "Render to transparent surfaces".
This could also prevent those CTDs.

Thanks for your help Chris!Tried your solution but it didn't solve the problem for me, it seems is related with the WX radar. If I don't use it there's no CTD so I think there´s something to fix there.

I can't believe this Wx Radar CTD is still happening. Why can't this just get fixed already?

I am using the weather radar every single flight, without any issues. Which P3D version are you running?

CTDs can be a super nasty thing. In another simulator I'm working on (running ProSim 737), after weeks of headache I finally found a cheap USB hub being responsible for "random" CTDs. Maybe try to unplug all USB devices (except the Mouse and maybe Keyboard) and see if it's still crashing?

No matter how desperate the measures might look like, when it's about CTDs the only rule is "never give up!"
