Almost an MD530 touch and go!

Post by Ron Attwood » Mon Dec 19, 2016 1:25 am

Short story. I was messing around with the default Robinson and thought 'This is fun, what must it be like in a good quality payware chopper?' Ended up here because I happened upon a video on yutube of the 530.
I then spent three, no four, days trying to get the bloody thing started! Did the forums, watched the videos and still it wouldn't start. I swear, if I'd have bought it from Flight1 I'd have had my money back.

Then of course it clicked. It is now an absolute pleasure having to wait patiently while it spools up, gradually feeding it more juice. :D I've now spent more time in it than is healthy. Yes it has it's foibles..or maybe they're MY foibles. The learning curve is steep and long but it's so satisfying.

Now you'd have to prise it from my cold, dead hands. Brilliant.
