You will also find the error log here, right after the CTD:
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application

Look for the little red '!' and then copy the text in the grey box below into your post.

Can you post the actual installer name? Something sounds like the simmarket installer you have might not be the latest.

i deleted my dll. file at

C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX

and the md530 worked BUT all my other addons did not.

I guess with my regular dll. file SOMETHING is conflicting with the heli addon.

here is my regular dll.

I don't think it is any of those.

Just to verify, you are running your FSX SE as admin? You need to go to your FSX folder, find the fsx.exe, right click on it, and select Properties->Compatibility and check the box Run this program as administrator. You need to do the same with your Steam.exe.

Yes it is. You verified the admin by following the procedures I outlined above? Apologies for the double checking, but I have sometimes encountered users who simply assumed that because their windows user accounts were admin that the sim was running as admin :)

Lol ok my bad for not reading that post properly.

3 items stand out as possible clashes:

FsPassengersX
FSCaptain
FSCAI

Set the <Disabled> value to true instead of false on one of those at a time and see if that changes anything.
