tuning TACAN/VOR in .05 increment

tuning TACAN/VOR in .05 increment
Is there a way to do it like tuning to 113.15 ? It seems I can't but tune to 113.10 or 113.20, not in between.

You can only navigate with x channels not Y channels , this is pretty standard in older birds .
