Landing gear indicator

Post by AviatorMan » Mon Mar 13, 2017 6:13 pm

Can anyone advise how you can see if the landing gear is down. There doesn't seem to be a green/red light indicator. The manual for the real aircraft says that the pilot should be able to see the landing gear by looking out the window. But even if I move the eyepoint very close to the window, and forward and backwards - I am not able to see if the gear is extended. Anybody have a suggestion?

Look at the indicator on the panel. See the little circles under each wing? Also shows flap position.

OK, I see it, thanks. I was aware this indicator showed flaps extension, but had not noticed the landing gear indications.
