I noticed there is not a pop-up window for the WX Radar on the Beaver or am I missing something?

I really like the option to have a pop-up window since its a little easier on the eyes to read what is being displayed.

I also have the WX Radar installed on the MilViz B55 aircraft, which does have a Shift+3 WX Radar popup but that key combo did not work on the Beaver.
