Beaver external sound P3D v4.1

Post by MTN1794 » Thu Nov 16, 2017 8:56 pm

Enjoying the aircraft, but even though in the external view in flight with full throttle the engine sounds like it should, there is an additional sound of idling (even a bit roughly). Anyone else hear that?

Seems too pronounced to me, but I can live with that.

You are breaking the engine. Check the manual

Advancing the engine past max boost will give the backfiring banging sound, a clue to reduce the throttle. Under std conditions at SL advancing the throttle to about the "O" in ThrOttle is about right.
