raised air stairs visible on cabin floor
With v3.180409 SP3.1 (and probably older versions, too) I noticed a small red spot (it looked brighter in the sim than on the screenshot) on the cabin floor from outside the aircraft.
This is visible using the interior model, too, (see lower part of the image) and turns out to be the raised air stairs below the seat in the rear right:

P.S.: The lower screenshot shows the strobe light visible from inside the cabin, which is not only visible at the pictured floor level, but also from some other positions. Is this something that can be fixed (I'm using FSX), and if yes, should I create a separate thread?

If you’re at floor level, who is flying the plane?

Maybe it is "Otto" Pilot

That's just the camera, maybe I used a selfie stick to identify where the grating noise comes from that started after raising the gear?
But it is visible from more reasonable positions, too, just not that clearly.

Odd that no one ever noticed the steps under the rear seat before. Then again, probably no one ever stood on their head in the cabin to peek under the seats either. As for the rear light showing through in your screenshot, that has to do with the sim's camera clipping plane and there's really nothing I can do about that. You could likely fix that yourself by editing the default cameras.cfg file and adding the parameter:
ClipMode=Minimum to the VC camera.
In any case I created a recessed 'housing' in which the steps are now stored:
