That is truly odd since I made the same changes to the vc6_int and vc12_int materials that I made for the exterior model... :?

Well Bill, in the FWIW area - I added an alpha channel to the left wing - problem resolved - everything matches both interior and exterior. Don't have a clue as to WHY that worked, but it did.
