Does your system meet the sim's requirements? YES
Did you temporarily disable your anti-virus program during the download process? YES
Before installing did you disable UAC. (User Account Control)? YES
Did you install, and are you running the sim as an admin? YES
Before running the sim did you make sure the FSX/P3D directory is off limits to any AV scanning? YES
Does your system have the required distributables? YES
Is your video card DX11 compatible? YES
If applicable, did you disable any FSX to P3D migration tools (like Estonia) before running the sim? YES
Are you using an aircraft other than a Milviz one as your default aircraft? YES
Have you installed in the root sim directory? YES
Do you have the appropriate SimConnect libraries installed? YES

Aircraft: F-4E ADVANCED
Sim platform: P3D v.3
Operating system: Win10
Version: 180712

Hi
Its my first time joining milviz f4e and installed 180712_E then 180712_ETP
at last 180712_EADV
Antivirus off and run as admin
But when open MVAMS there is no option to set aircraft loading.
When open "p3d,v3 academic" no add-on option
I cant turn the generator sw on or ext
All electrical sys are off
I cant turn the eng master sw on
When i press shift+1 to control loading, an empty box appeare.

Go to your P3D main folder\redist\Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib and run the SimConnect.msi

Download this and unpack into a temporary folder. Go to that folder and run the dxsetup.exe.

Problem solved
But "spoilers" and "left aileron" does not work
I cant take off
As the airspeed raises, nose strus goes to the ground...
All T.O procedure are correct but it is unormal...

Do you have Ezdok?
If so, it will interfere with the flight model unless you disable 'fuselage shakes'
