MVAMS includes an update tool. Once you open MVAMS (if you are connected to the internet) it will give you a notification if there are any updates pending.

I could really use some advice regarding the Beaver Floats version please. I'm not hearing any water sounds when idling, taking off or landing. I see there is a hydroplane file in the sounds folder, but I've yet to hear it in the sim.
My specs: Windows 10, P3D 4.1, lots of sceneries, Ezdok, no weather engines in use.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

There have been a number of discussions on the topic of wave and splash sounds to date. One solution has been to modify the sound profile in the sim menu so that the engine sounds are lowered and environment and cockpit sound are raised.

A number of other options were explored I would not advise changing soundfile.wav names

Hope this helps your experience , I will check back to see how it worked .

Chuck, thanks for your reply. I did search for other threads regarding this issue but couldn't find any, which led me to post here.

I followed your advice and raising the environment sound level up to 90 allowed me to hear the sound, but unfortunately that throws the sound levels off on my other payware aircraft. I'll backup my Beaver sound folder and see if I can edit the volume levels a bit so I can maintain my current sound profile in P3D. Thanks again for your feedback.

Thanks for giving it a try , there were other quick fixes , taking the listed effect from another amphibian was among the least difficult .
