Milviz GNS 530/430 and Missing GPS Approaches
I've noticed that in some cases GPS approaches are absent using the Milviz GNS. This applies to multiple aircraft (C310, DHC-2).
I have updated P3D with AIRAC 1713 using fsAerodata. Additionally, I have updated my Milviz aircraft with 1713 using the Navigraph program. According to C:\Users\Stephen Power\AppData\Roaming\MilvizData I do indeed have 1713 installed.
So, what is it about the 'in house' GNS that is excluding certain GPS approaches? To be more specific... three RNAV (GPS) approaches are missing at KESN.

Does that mean that there is no point in updating the Milviz Airac data?

Honestly, if you're going to spend the money on that, you'd be better off buying the F1 or RXP stuff as it actually works the way they should... (mostly).

Well, based on what you've said that's probably a good move... although you still have to pay to update those units as well. I'm not inclined to do it monthly though! Happy New Year.

The Milviz GNS units never used the Airac data. They were dependent entirely on the sim's database. The Milviz data was for the old FMS used in our 737-200 and we now have a new format coming up for our KingAir.
