Looking for the Turbo Otter Manual

Turbo OTTER Manual?

I bought the Turbo Otter through ORBX. I have problems keeping the engine running more than about two (2) minutes.

I was advised to study the manual. Where can I find or download the manual for the Turbo Otter??
