First try

Post by John-K » Fri Jul 10, 2020 12:25 am

Hi

Just to say that this also works fine, again, after not installing the WX and tje other things.

The only trouble I had was not getting anywhere near full power from the engine, - until I realized I had to have a fuel pump on all the time. I presume now that is how it should be?

Does the Ignition have to be on all the time?

hi John,

This project, and its support, has been taken over by the developer who led the project:
http://www.vflyteair.com/

This has me confused--vflyteair appears to be a X-Plane-only developer. There is nothing on their site regarding support of the P3D addon I bought from Milviz.

Clarification, please.

Bob you posted in the Xplane turbo version support area. Are you using V4.5 hf3?

Well, I only have the P3D version, and this is the only DHC-3T support forum you guys made visible to me. That said, if this is the forum for the XP version, there sure are a WHOLE lot of P3D-specific posts here...

So what's up with the Turbo Otter and P3Dv5?

Regards

Moving on  Not sure when the V5 version will come we have a ton of work in progress. In regards to your original post I believe the ignition switches are on during takeoff and landing otherwise they can be off.

BTW you can use the WXR but you will need the patch that makes it compatible with V4 HF3. It is the sticky at the top of this forum that says it is an update for V5 but it will also update the V4.5 HF3 to the latest file.
