I received an email with the download to a new version of the 310 and an offer for a discount on the 310 Redux. The mail gave a link to the purchase page, but as far as I could tell, its not ready yet. Is that correct?

Hi,

Just wondering it won't be the same for the KingAir? I hope not. I've already paid for this one.

It was always going to be so. If you want a refund it will be given.

Hallo, does now in the new 310 the fuel flow working correctly, and shows the upper gauge the actuell fuel quantity when change the switch to main or aux tanks ( read in manuall)? In the actuell 310 fuel flow is always from the auxiliary tanks.

That switch only selects whether to show the fuel quantity in either the main tanks or the aux tanks. It has no affect on where the fuel is being drawn.

The two tank switches on the floor determine where the fuel is coming from.

Hallo,
Yes, that´s right. But when I switch the tank (on the floor) to main tanks the upper gauge shows the fuel quantity from auxiliary tanks. Switch to auxiliary tanks upper gauge show me fuel quantity from main tanks. That´s confuse. This is when the upper swich from the gauge is in the MIDDLE position. Switch to "Up and down" shows the right fuel of the tanks.
You can switch the tanks (on the foor) to main or aux, fuel flow is always from the auxiliary tanks. You can see this under the menu "fuel and loading " and the upper gauge. Its not possible first lowering the main tanks for 30 minutes, than switch to auxiliary tanks how the manuall says.
I hope that this is fixed in the new REDUX.

When that switch is in the MIDDLE position, the needles should be showing nothing at all... ;)

In any event, both FSX and Prepar3D will draw fuel from the aux tanks by default. So, if you do nothing at all with the fuel selectors (they will be both OFF!), the engines will still start. There's nothing we can do for this issue. It's just how the sim behaves.

However! If you select Left Main and Right Main, it should now draw fuel only from the main tanks.

Note though that I can only comment on the C310R Redux Edition. I no longer work on the original C310R Edition.

Sorry, the alpha version works on my computer (with Directx 9) If i need directx 11 i can't make it working then. I'd need to change my computer or graphic card. Could you tell what to do to get a refund? :(

Thanks
