310R and FSUIPC

Post by Cat3508 » Sun Apr 01, 2018 5:52 am

As I am a prospective purchaser for the 310 R, I would like to know if I could use my FSUIPC, to initiate switch actions from my homebuilt cockpit panels. (P3Dv4 Sim)

Cheers,

Neil

I can't believe you received no reply on this. Absolutely YES you can use FSUIPC (Paid Version) to bind any switch function on the Cessna 310R to your custom panels. As long as FSUIPC can see your panel switches you're good to go. I've built custom panels and I've never had any issue with FSUIPC recognizing them fully. I recommend that you disable all joystick bindings and even "disable controllers" in P3D and use FSUIPC for all calibration and bindings. This is not necessary, but recommended.

Hi James,
Thanks for your reply, Haven't used the 310 for a while, will have to look into setting up the system.

Cheers.

Neil
