Help with C310R - Fuel Flow

Greetings,

I've been a long term customer and recently returned to the Milviz C310R. On my first takeoff, I noticed the fuel flow indicator not responding or only very slightly responding. Further investigation revealed there was an update in August 2015 to address a the fuel flow issue and a couple of other items. There was a more recent update on March 31, 2016 that I believe addressed P3D (I only use FSX). I installed the March 31st update thinking any updates will be cumulative. In any case, the fuel flow does not respond in the VC but does operate properly on the 2d window.

Can you advise how to delete and perform a fresh, complete re-install of the C310 ? Ot how I can insure the latest update has been installed.

We're working on an update that should, with luck, be ready this week.

Just wondering if this issue has been fixed. I'm waiting for a reply to get access to the support forum to hopefully find a solution. :|

I inquired recently about the C310 FF problem and was told it is a low priority item. What are the high priority items? How about listing the priorities?

I just realized this was in response to an April 2016 issue. Since then, the C310 FF is inop for the P3DV4 version. My comments are in reference to the more recent problem.

Yes, I am a bit disappointed about this too. Do you you which one is
the last one working? Perhaps I can manually copy it into P3Dv3.
I've got some older versions on my harddrive:
140421
160412
160726

Thanks,

Olli

I don't know but I'll check. Meanwhile, I've returned to FSX until P3D becomes much more mature. Since the C310 FF problem has been identified as a "low priority" item, I have asked what the higher priorities might be but without response.
As far as the C310 is concerned, I'm thankful we have other competitive choices.

I'm a new customer to this plane, and I've been frustrated by my inability to getting this gauge to work in P3Dv4. It wasn't until I found this thread that I see it's a development issue. Well, it's a very good plane overall, but this really detracts from what is otherwise very solid.

We will get this fixed after the Otter is released.

Hallo ,
have yesterday buyed the c310. Install in P3D V4.1. But here the same: the fuel flow does not respond in the VC but does operate properly on the 2d window. Hope this can be fixed.

Also a bug in the WX Advanded radar! (3D-Cockpit)
The gain-switch in the 3D-Cockpit is not correctly working when pitch the mousewheel. In 2D-window work the mousewheel correct.

Yes, I noticed this too. And it seemed that the VC (3D) cockpit fuel flow gauge was fixed in v171127 but the 2D panel gauge was still broken. I was able to fix it by a slight edit to the .XML file.

But, the latest v180301 seems to have the 2D panel gauge fixed, but now the VC (3D) is broken again. I'm using P3D 4.0 (will move to 4.2).

Any comments?
Thanks
