Installing AH-1 problem [Resolved]

Having purchased the AH-1 Skyraider The installation has failed because the serial number I was sent is now invalid. How can I progress from here?

Make sure there are no spaces before or after the key and turn off any firewall that may be blocking communication to our authentication server.
