Cockpit Instrument Lights Not Working

Hello
I have had this plane for a long time and for the life of me I have never been able to get the cockpit lighting to work. I have tried everything I can think of. I have the T38 ADV, F4, F86, 737-200 and the cockpit lights work in all of them. I even tried swapping in the Texture files from the T38 ADV, but it would not work. Ideas?
Thanks

Hi all. I still have this issue. I have no instrument or cockpit lighting in this aircraft even after fowling the above link and adding those files in.

Did you disable your av. Uac? Running the sim as admin?

Hi. I don't know what av. Uac is but yes. I am running the sim as admin with and without running TacPac.

Antivirus. You must have it off before you download, install and have it not look in the fsx/p3d directory

TACPACK shouldn't be a problem as we use the same tech in the F-4E and the two run together fine. UAC might be preventing the MV_NL.exe from running (does it show up in the task manager processes list?).
