Anyone know of a US Army T-42 repaint for this model

Post by fppilot » Sat Feb 23, 2013 4:56 pm

I took my instrument training and gained my instrument rating in a T-42 when stationed at Forney AAF, Ft Leonard Wood, Mo. in 1971. This model looks great! A bit more modern avionics than I learned with, but that's fine, I use RXP GPS models in all my other FSX aircraft. I'd love to find a T42 repaint. Does anyone know of one? Surprised that MilViz with it's military foundation didn't create one.

I did the fixed wing transition course at Ft. Rucker after my second trip to SE Asia. I have really fond memories of my T-42 training.

It is kind'a interesting that a company with the name "Milviz" would not have a T-42 or a T-43. :)

This repaint is now available both here and on Avsim. See the Repaints area here for more images.
