F-86 Lights not working

Post by farman » Fri May 24, 2019 5:00 pm

Hi,
just re-installed the F-86 in my updated pc (W 10 pro and P3D v4.5 last version); unfortunately all the lights (ext and int) are not working. Just to be sure, I closed and re-opend the sim 3 times.
Thanks for any help & regards,
Fulvio

You set your P3D to run as admin as in right click on it, select properties->compatibility->Run this program as administrator?

Hi Jonathan, thanks for yoyr advice; now the lights are working. Actually, this never occurred to me in W7 pro. But W10 pro seems to need admin authorization for av'ry single move or action.

Fulvio

I have installed Prepar3d V5.1 with a clean installation, deleting the old directory, installed the latest version of F86 and whilst I can switch on the exterior lights with the panel switches I cannot switch on the cockpit lights, frustrating for the time of year. I always start as administrator. I also have the F100D and that does respond. What is wrong and is there a work around. Any help appreciated
