My first repaint, but needs work.

Hi, this is my first CH-47 Repaint that I am working on but it turned out all messed up, I used the paintkit that I downloaded from the product purchase page, it consists of 7 photoshop documents and they contain numerous layers like rivets, but I don't see anything like that, here is a picture of what my repaint looks like.
