Inside the Gunnar von Meeren livery pack linked here https://milviz.com/flight/products/F86F30/index.php you will find the Frecce Tricolori, somewhere I have a backup of the old "FSX MILVIZ F86 Italian Airforce 4-77" but I don't think it's compatible with the latest version... Give time to do some testing.

Bad news for the older one, it's only compatible with fsx.

Download fsx_milviz_f86_italian_airforce_4-77.zip from flightsim.com (Matt Levi texture)

Replace F86_5_T.dds with this one:
