Prepar3d v4 upgrades for clients of 3rd party vendors.

Dear Clients,

Regarding the upgrade to v4.

In hindsight it is clear that charging our valued third party vendor customers $5 to upgrade was a mistake; a mistake we would like to rectify as soon as possible. We are therefore arranging to refund your $5 and offer all existing owners the upgrade gratis from now on.

We unreservedly apologise for the inconvenience.

Best wishes - Milviz

Hello,
At the beginning of May 2017 I bought the MILVIZ Phantom F-4 E, S and J for the P3D v3. After the appearance of the P3D v4 I have switched to this. In your description of the software, write that the F-4 E, S, and J are running in the P3D. Unfortunately, the F-4 does not work in the P3D v4.
When will there be an update here or how should we proceed here?
Could you please help me.
Thank you very much
Best regards

The F-4's are not yet v4 capable. You will have to wait

Thank You very much for this. I was perfectly willing to pay for the upgrade for the few I did purchase outside, this will definitely be a plus for customer relations.

How would it work with those who purchased directly through your main site? Will links be resent?

Regards,

Luis

Yes, if you purchased directly from us, you will receive a new installer link via email from sendowl.com.

A list of which aircraft are v4 ready and which are not can be found here: http://milviz.com/MV-product-list.html

If you haven't received your link, please email me; it may be that your email address has changed or the download link has gone into your spam box.

Hello,
I installed the F-4E / F-4J and F-4S as administrator in the version P3D V4 and carried out the corresponding update. Currently installed is the version 171026 at the F-4E (update from 22.11.2017) and EADV version 171114 from 22.11.2017.
After installing EADV, the engines will not start.
A start with menu Milviz F-4E - Signal External (GPU) in the add-ons does not work. This menu item is not available for me. The start of the engines via Ctrl. + E does not work either. The afterburner is always on when charging with EADV.
The warning lights also do not work.
I completely deleted the old version for the P3d V3 before installing it for the version P3D V4. A virus program is not installed. The installations were executed as administrator.
Even after several uninstall and reinstall there is no improvement.
Could you please help me.
Thank you very much.
