On the EULA for P3D, it is clear that it's for educational purposes. When you buy an addon from a 3rd party vendor... what's the first thing you have to do? LEARN how to fly it. That's education. I can't see how LM would remove your "rights" on this.

The only thing they could possibly do is stop selling it to the outside world (or stop development). Either way... we win.

I'm only now catching up on this. So those who paid for the King Air to run for FSX what will those customers receive instead?

Is it possible for you guys to do an end of year update on the various MV development projects.

You did a really good roadmap note some time back.

Your views and anything you can say about 'the new simulator' would also, I'm sure, be of interest to your customers.
