Access to P3D V3 installer for MV 407?

Hi Support,
I read about an installer being available for Prepar3d V3. I clicked my provided download link using Sendowl, but it was still Milviz_Bell-407_P3Dv2_v2.150203.exe.
Now my download counter is zero (unfortunately you cannot see which version you will get before you clicked the link).
Where can I find the latest installer?

I tried it last time yesterday, right before I posted to the forum. Maybe it's worth to mention that I also received no email about updates after a notification on Feb 6, 2015 (I purchased on Jun 28 2014). Thanks for looking into this. Let me know, if I shall contact you or anybody else by email with the used used SendOwl reference/link.
