B407 Don´t Start - Very disappointed :(

Good morning to all! Yesterday I bought the B407 for the P3D V4 simulator but I had a series of problems when flying this helicopter. I clarify that I complied with all the creator's recommendations by deactivating Anti-virus and other points. However, I would like to know if there is any solution not to deactivate all the programs and do "so many unnecessary things" to be able to start the engines of this helicopter. I want you to know that I am VERY disappointed when I bought this product and have so much trouble. I hope you can help me with some solution. Thank you all!

Hi sorry you are disappointed. Have you downloaded the manual and tried the startup procedures contained in there?
