Repaints

Guys, just a suggestion that may save you on problems with the ready to fly/cold and dark and other options available for this aircraft:

Whenever you install a new paint, if it doesn't come with its own preconfigured .mlvz file (which is installed in your FSX directory\\Milviz\\B407), open the ACM, select that repaint from the list, and cycle through all the options available before settling on the options you want. Then click Save Setup. This ensures that all the variables that need to be initialized at startup will receive their proper values. If the file doesn't exist things may go....weird.

Good find - I was baffled. Maybe I should pack the .MLVZ file with my paints - Thank you!

Okay,

I am new to the 407. I am working through several external model issues in another thread, but I can not get repaints to show up. I have cycled through all the options in the MVAMS. I have even "save defaults" after each selection. I have tried every combination and they still do not show up. When I change the radio option, I can see that change on in the aircraft config file. I really like the 407, but the configuration issues and repaint problem is troublesome.

Thanks for the help in advance,
Jody
