Fuel pressure guage not working in the cold

Fuel pressure guage not working in the cold
So when I go to load up in the cold and pressurize the fuel system the gauge doesn't work, or the fuel system isn't actually working. I start with the covers off as I saw was recommended for it not starting in the cold, but it still won't pressurize.
Another issue I have is the prop not really spinning when the starter is engaged, but the audio file plays normally and if its warm outside it will start normally. I'm not sure if this is the plane modeling thick oil that makes it hard to turn the engine over, or if its some sort of an issue with the install.
