Reallight Issue?
Hello,
new user here (fresh install via orbx on 27.03.).
I'm getting weird night lighting in the PC-6 (my other aircraft are fine).
Any ideas? I'm guessing it could be some kind of RealLight issue?
Best Regards, J

I have the same problem, I don't know how to fix it, I use the day plane only because of that lighting problem.

Re: Reallight Issue?
No, i'm using Default P3D 4.5.13097 with lots of Orbx and some Addon Sceneries.
Deleting/Rebuilding the P3D "Shader" Directory didn't change anything. I also tried lowering (my high) rendering settings wihout any luck.
Display:
FXAA off, AA 8xMSAA, Ansiontropic 16x, Texture Resolution Ultra
Lighting:
HDR Enabled (0,40 Bloom)
Dynamic Reflections Low
Dynamic Lighting checked
I already tried changing most of these settings. In Orbx i also "verified" the RealLight installation.
I'm getting no error or anything, just the bad rendering.
Oh and my Nvidia Driver is 441.66 (1080 Ti), which seems to work fine with everything else in P3D/XP11.
Cheers, Joga

Re: Reallight Issue?
Can you try with unchecked Dynamic Lighting and back here with feedback?

Re: Reallight Issue?
Hello YoYo,
unfortunately unchecking Dynamic Lighting didn't helped (i also tried "verifiing" the PC-6 in Orbx-Central in the meantime).
Default Scenario 30.05.2017 UT 01:00:00AM, Clear Weather, as soon i turn on "Cabin Light"

Re: Reallight Issue?
Interestingly the Turbo-Otter seems to work fine with same rendering settings (also RealLight)

Same here, night lighting is very pixely, not pretty at all.
Reinstalled latest build to be sure, but did not solve it.

Re: Reallight Issue?
As a general observation the one item that seems to be a constant is that HDR is enabled , Is this the case ? ,

Re: Reallight Issue?
Hi guys. There is a bug in the P3D shaders , you still need to apply this fix, it is not a Milviz problem it is a P3D problem. The fix was stickied to the top but seems to have vanished. Let me see if I can find it for you. It's a simple copy paste.
Edit I made a new sticky for you guys affected by this:

Re: Reallight Issue?
Thanks, this at least fixes the ugly shading.
Now though, the comms stack is way more illuminated on the edges than I'd expect. Is this part of the same issue, or a different one?
