Problem after 5 December Windows 10 Update
Dear Milviz,
My F-4J/S with Advanced add-on was--after some debugging--working normally until the 5 December Windows 10 update. Now whenever I select the F-4J/S I get an "Error Creating Child Window" that crashes the program. I have checked numerous other aircraft--including Milviz products--and the F-4J/S is the only one so far that gives this error. I am running P3D 3.4.1.4 under Windows 10. Below is the reporting from the event log with the three entries around the programs crash.

Hope this helps. I just got the updated F-4J/S running after installing the Advanced add-on package and having some issues with MVAMS that I resolved although I still can't explain.

Re: Problem after 5 December Windows 10 Update
This has been widely reported in the FS world. It is a MS problem which they insist will be fixed with a new update on Dec. 12th.

Re: Problem after 5 December Windows 10 Update
Yes, it has affected all sim versions. Note that not all aircraft are affected. Mostly it's just ones that have glass instruments that require "Child Windows".muehlema1 wrote:For P3Dv4.1 too?N4GIX wrote:This has been widely reported in the FS world.
