Latest update crashes P3D V4

Received the Milviz email update notification for the F4E Phantom. Installed using recommended steps. The Phantom hangs for several seconds in P3D then crashes to desktop.

Cancel support request, this issue has been resolved. On a hunch I downloaded a fresh copy of Microsoft 2008 c++ redistributable and clicked on Repair. The F-4 seems to be working now.

Very odd because VS2008 is no longer used. We use VS2015 now
