Just got access to the support forums.

I've got the same issues. When selecting the J/S Phantom, the sim crashes. Started with 1.161120 and updated to 1.170323
Followed the UAC disable and AV procedures.

Removed the jet and everything is fine

Go to your MVAMS directory\Configruations\F4J and F4S and F4E and delete all mlvz files.

Before or after installing/reinstalling?

Hi Fabrice,

ooops - unfortunately, you slipped though the crack between the patch being sent out and the release of new installer (which is imminent); but now you have mail!

Cheers - Osh

Mine is still crashing to desktop.

Went back and removed everything and started from the 1.161120 F-4E and installed as admin per your instructions. I didnt have a MVAMS from previous, but a new one popped up after install. Set everything and saved.
Then installed the F-4E TacPack addon 1.161120 using the same procedures.

I did not patch to the latest 1.170323 since I didnt see anything for TP mentioned.

Went through cold and dark and began the engine start. As soon as the engine began spooling up, the sim stopped and CTD.

YOu must be running the latest P3D or you will get a CTD.

According to P3D's website and my license agreement, 3.4.22.19868, is the latest, which I'm running.

Hi, Osh told me to post to Jonathan.

I got an email notification yesterday (25 April 2017) that the F-4 I bought was updated so I downloaded it and installed it.

However, when I ran P3D and loaded the F-4 within 20 seconds I get a CTD, no matter where in the world I am. If I load it fresh or load it after the default plane, always a CTD.

So I uninstalled it and installed the last version and now it works so I wonder what's wrong?

P3D 3.4.18.19475. And please don't tell me I have to go with the latest hot fix from LM because I won't do it, it breaks some Orbx stuff.

I run it on Window 7/64.
No Defender or A/V at all, ever. I only use this PC for P3D.
Plus I always run everything as Admin.
