Crash to desktop with T38A Adv P3dv4.5

Hello,
I just updated to P3dv4.5 and now both my Otter and T38 cause a crash to desktop. I used a download of each to update because I couldn't find the update. What is wrong? I have windows 8, GTX 970 and intel I7 4790k and 16 gb of ram.
