Fuel imbalance?

Post by Guenseli » Mon Jan 29, 2018 9:33 am

Hello,

as you can see, if you set both tanks of the T38 to 100% you get a fuel imbalance.
(or other way round if you fill up her with the same amount of fuel you get different percent values)

Is there a fix or have I overseen anything?

many thanks!

Is the aircraft behaving like there is a fuel imbalance?

While the ADV is using those "exotic" tanks, no lateral imbalance will result as both, like in the real aircraft, are aligned with aircraft longitudinal axis.

Thanks for the fast answers.

Ah, ok the tanks are in line, that explains it in a way. I found also the text in the manual.

So, left engine feeds from the forward tank, right engine from the afterwards tank, right?

This is how it looks with both 100% full:

I can also see that center of gravity changes according when using the Sim fuel menu.
Then only the text there is misleading which says "Left Aux" and Right Aux"
