MVAMS not launching

Hello. I bought the f100d and when I try to configure the load out via the MVAMS, nothing opens up. I run it as an administrator and after waiting a few minutes, nothing happens. I downloaded w/o the firewall on and ran the installer as an administrator.

Anythoughts?
