Hi folks. I downloaded the program and it was normal. I installed the airplane on my simulator and my computer said the installation was successful. When I opened my flight simulator, the airplane was not there. I have made several attempts without success. My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium. Sim platform is STEAM, latest version. I have read all the operating tips. Has anyone else had this problem?? Pete Mesmer

It should show up under the "North American" manufacturer. You checked there?

Last night I downloaded the program again from FS PILOT SHOP. Again the download was normal. I installed the airplane again in to my flight simulator and my computer again said the installation was successful. When I opened the simulator, again, the airplane was not there.

Try looking under MILVIZ...

MILVIZ is not in the selection column.

Please post a screenshot of your FSX directory\SimObjects\Airplanes\Milviz F-100D folder.

Hi Jonathan____ My computer says the fsx directory\sim objects\airplanes\milviz f-100d folder does not exist. ???? I find it strange that the user manual is in my computer but the airplane is not in my simulator.

Did you run the installer as admin? As in right click on it, select properties->compatibility->run this program as administrator?

I received my backup disk in the mail today. I tried installing the program again installing as administrator. It's not likely that all the install programs and the backup disk are faulty. Anyway___ it didn't help. The same problem exists. No airplane in the simulator. It's a little frustrating having spent all that money and not having the airplane to fly.

Backup disc? What are you talking about?

Whenever I order a program from FSPILOTSHOP, they make available 20 downloads and they send a backup disk in the mail which takes about 2 weeks to receive. that's the disk I'm talking about.

you do realize that we do not support these discs... right?

You have to use the updater software that's in the MVAMS to get the latest version(s).
