Milviz Managment System Wont Make Changes To Fsx.
Hello,
I have installed the Melviz UH1 Redux Huey multiple times, and each time I save my preferences in the management system, but nothing happens. I enter my prefrences, for instance, I want soldiers in the a and d spots and I want the helicopter running when I load in, but it starts as a cold start and does not have any of the changes I made. Also if this helps, all the doors are off of the helicopter. I hope others have had this same problem as me. Let me know if you have any tips.
Thanks,
Grady

Hi , are you running MVAMS and your FSX as admin? Must be done in many cases.

Hi, sorry for your troubles. I suspect you have a corrupted or incomplete install.
Were there any error logs or messages during the installation ?
Try rerunning the installer and pick the uninstall option, make sure the UH-1 folder is gone from FSX/Simobjects/Rotorcraft/ folder, if there are any leftovers manually delete them. Also if you do not own any other MV products you could uninstall MVAMS from your windows control panel/add-remove programs.
Then try a clean install , make sure to right click the installer and run as admin.

Hi, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times but nothing has changed. There are no errors, and nothing seems to be wrong. I also ran both as admin. Is there anything else I can try?

Can you also verify if you have these installed? in Control Panel/Programs & Features/Uninstall a program
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable x86
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x86 Redistributable
I'm checking with the developers to see if they may have an answer. Thank you for your continued patience.

You can get the other (2008 and 2010 x86)redistributable packs that you are missing from Microsoft. That may solve your problem. Try googling them.
