weather rader causing stutters

Hi, I have p3d v4.1 (last update) on win 10 1070gtx 16gb ram and SSD machine. All libraries required are fine, weatherradar works as you can see in vido. However beaver with radar causes annoying stutters. The beaver WITHOUT WX is fine - sim is smooth as you can see in vide when I load a 185. No stutters at all.
I installed the last update from this forum, no AV, all as admin. Everything works but the stutters kill the immersion...

Is this normal? The sim is not overloaded, CPU and GPU are fine. I tried it in stormy weather as rain shows well when stutter occurs. Same is over libyan desert in clear weather.

The WX isn't rated for 4.1 yet. So using it is not recommended.

well, the same was in v4.0. I just upgraded hoping it was LM fault.

It's not supported in either of these. Quite honestly, I'm surprised you didn't CTD immediately...

Well, so why does the installer allow the user to pick and install a v4 version of wx radar??

It's setup so that it's ready for install...
