Unable to disengage parking brake

- no working radar

It works, do manual correction in panel cfg entry (with WX name).

Example from panel.mv530_430_wx:

the final line must looks like:

I hope I am not getting this wrong, but shouldn't it read;

toe_brakes_scale = 0.5
parking_brake = 0

not

toe_brakes_scale=0.5
parking_brake=0

Good and bad news:

- I'm sometimes able to release the parking brakes, but I have to do it each times I stop the aircraft (speed = 0) ..... and also after a "slew mode" (even in flight, I mean in the air)
- The radar continue to refuse to work even if I hear the knobs sound
