My only problem with the Beaver, cannot use Ctrl+C
I installed the beaver about 3 weeks ago and have everything working fine except for using CTRL + C to shut down FSX after flying the beaver. When I use CTRL + C, I get the notice "An error has accured, FSX is restarting". After restarting, FSX can be shut down by clicking the X in the top right hand corner. The beaver is the only plane that this happens on.
Yesterday I completely uninstalled both the beaver and the expansion pack. I then reinstalled the beaver without the update or the expansion pack. I set up a flight and the used CTRL + C., it shut down correctly.
I then installed the update, it then went back to not shutting down by using CTRL + C.
I am using FSX / Acceleration. On the beaver, expansion pack and update, I always clicked "FSX" as to what version I'm using.
I am guessing that something is getting installed from the update that causes this.
Has anyone else experienced this? It is not a big deal, it is not worth trying to figure out what is causing it if has not been reported by anyone else.
Love the plane, for someone who enjoys bush flying, I couldn't ask for a nicer plane. Thanks for the great work!

With these errors its possible one of the dll's is still loaded ,Milviz_Lighting_Service.exe or MVAMSexe , see if there is an indication in the task manager of these running when shutting down and after shutting down.

I'll have to spend some more time with it, but what seems to be happening is that I only have the problem when the WX radar is selected. Twice this morning I deleted the WX radar from the panel and it shut down properly, when I put the radar back, it had the problem.
Although I selected FSX as the program for the plane to be installed in, both times it installed MV_WX.dll version 1.25.0.38, this version doesn't work in FSX.
Both times I deleted that file from the Beaver Panel file and changed it to version 1.11.0.38 from the gauges file to get the WX radar to work.
I'll go through things to see if there is still a file for the MV_WX.dll that doesn't work.

Yes, it only has the problem shutting down when the weather radar is put into the panel.
I am going to guess that what is happening is that I took the 1.25.0 38 version out of the Panel folder and replaced it with 1.11.0.38 from the Gauges folder to get it to work.
Most likely the 1.11.0.38 version was put into the Gauges folder when I bought the MV_WX weather radar from REX that works in any plane.
Maybe FSX thinks something is still working from another application other than the beaver and thinks there is a problem?
I will just accept it the way it is, I don't know enough about FSX files to start trying to see if I could fix it.
The more I use this plane, the more I enjoy it, it's not worth messing it up.
