Fuel Flow Guage

So, let me just start with, yes I did look through the forums for an answer before posting this!

I am using P3D V3 and when I am on the ground the fuel flow gauge runs to the max with the throttle about 28 percent open. Is there a bug or patch that I am missing? Thanks.
