I have the same problem. Purchased the MSFS 310 yesterday, and got the email saying I had been added to the forum.

Same problem here. I received the email from Oisin on July 10 that I had been added to the 2020 C310R Support Forum but I am unable to access. Can I be re-added?

I purchased the aircraft on 07/05/2022, and received a email stating i was added to the support forum, but I can not see it .

I bought the C310R for MSFS on Friday 12th Aug and still can't get into the C310R support forum.

Actually I did not have to readd you. Sometimes it can take up to a day because emails get delayed etc.

It's because you used several different email addresses for purchases - You now have 2 forum accounts each with access to a different support area. I will forward the email to the purchase account email and you can reply as to which forum account you want to keep.
